Principal Duties and Responsibilities Meet minimum standards of 70 calls and 8 appointments through effective management of internet leads and inbound calls.
Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally and using scripts Maintain 90 day follow-up process for all internet leads Directly respond to all emails, chats/texts and messages with accuracy Contact all unsold customers daily in an effort to reappoint Communicate with customers with professionalism.
Follow BDC sales process to ensure solid appointments are set for sale teams Cultivate additional opportunities through campaigns Job requires a minimum 40 hours per week; 8-hour workday with allotted 1-hour unpaid lunch break Reports to:
