As a center that is continuing to grow and evolve, we are looking for a candidate who wants to grow personally along with our facility in the field of healthcare administration.
Overall responsibility is overseeing the day-to-day activities and providing daily leadership to staff to foster excellent patient care.
This includes management of the operating facility, personnel, financial operating performance, budgeting, and marketing.
In this position collaboration and teamwork is a necessity to work along with the Medical Director, Director of Nursing, and Director of Medical Billing.
East Freedom Surgical Associates wants a candidate who is reliable and goal oriented.
The position will be Monday through Friday 8:

Responsibilities:
Ongoing surveillance of all ASC non-clinical staff and activities; including scheduling, medical billing, registration, financial management, and building operations.
Oversees all Human Resources functions, activities, and policies/procedures for employees and providers.
Determine daily non-clinical staffing needs.
Submits employee payroll, oversees staff scheduling and employee cuts/time off.
Along with DON, responsible for OSHA compliance and training.
In collaboration with Administrators prepares ASC strategic plan and implements strategic initiatives for the ASC.
Responsible for overseeing inventory management and expenses in collaboration with DON and clinical staff.
Reviews and approves all purchase orders requested by staff prior to being placed.
Collaborates with ASC advisors, DON, and materials management personnel to evaluate clinical and financial impact of new supplies and equipment.
Responsible for assuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation and Medicare participation parameters; suggests revised policies/procedures as necessary; Along with DON prepares for licensure, certification, and accreditation surveys; collaborates with ASC directors and advisors as needed.
Responsible for overseeing building system/utility functions and compliance with maintenance and testing schedules.
Oversee insurance payor contracts and renegotiations.
Collaborates with DON to implement and monitor vendor contracts and performance.
Contributes to ASC's QAPI effort and assists in design and implementation of studies, particularly those involving administrative and financial matters.
Responsible for periodic reporting to state and federal entities (e.
g.
PHC4, Medicare); directs or carries out required PAPSRS reporting; will collaborate with administration/DON as needed to complete required information.
Oversees patient Satisfaction Surveys, grievances, and any other patient complaints Collaborates with ASC advisors and directors for recruitment of surgeons/anesthesiologists and surgical productivity at the ASC.
Participates on ASC Medical Advisory Board, Governing Body and other internal committees as assigned.
Prepares agenda for MAB and Governing Board Meetings; seeks input from ASC directors and staff as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration required 3 plus years of health care experience, including health care program development, implementation and assessment.
