Essential Functions Create purchase orders for merchandise to maintain consistent product stock, as well as special request items.
Drop ship orders as requested by customer.
Verify all merchandise deliveries with the Receiving Department.
Handle shipment discrepancies/damages with Category Management, Receiving, and the Returns Department for corrective action and credit.
Contact vendors regarding purchasing discrepancies and to follow up on open orders or product availability.
Forecast inventory based on changing demands, new primary positions, or seasonality of products.
Review daily brand pharmaceutical receipts to ensure complete shipments.
Review daily reports regarding backorders, out of stock items, and receiving.
Review open purchase order report and contact manufacturers for cancellations or other corrective action as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and IT to ensure compliance with DSCA.
Flag backorders, unavailable product, and product discontinuations in system based on backorder reports and vendor information.
Generate formulary spreadsheets for Category manager review.
Work with the Accounting Department to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Review Zero Stock report and collaborate with Category Manager for product.
Coordinate with Brand Rx Category Manager to reduce Brand Rx inventory through the generic conversion process.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and professional standards, including requirements for DEA and CSOS.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Work Environment This position operates in a noisy office environment and busy warehouse.
This position receives periodic supervision.

Required Education and Experience Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and training Retail Pharmacy Experience Skilled in MS Office Suite May require CSOS Signing Certificate and Power of Attorney for DEA 222 Forms Experience with demand planner software, ERP software and related warehouse systems is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
