Position:
General Dentistry- Owned by Primary Care Group
5OPS (with the option to add a 6th), 2 assistants, 2 Hygienist, 1 office manager.
Tight-knit office staff with average length of employment 15
years.
Will be taking over for retiring DDS with 1.2 million in billings for 2022.
85% DDS and 15% Hygiene
Nitrous Gas / Conscious Sedation
Currently solo practice with 3.5 day work week but busy enough to have 2 Full time DDS
30 New patients monthly
Payer Mix is 70%FFS and 30% Insurance (Signa/Delta/UPMC)
Clinic offers 12-18 months interest-free financing options.
Provider will cover 30% of lab fees incurred.

Offering:
Compensation is a daily guarantee to start and switching to 35% production depending on experience.
