We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in construction project management and be adept at overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion.
We are hiring two project managers - one in the office full time and one who will travel to job sites using a company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to execution (some training is available, but you should have a general working knowledge of project management to apply) - Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources - Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and specifications - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns promptly - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements Requirements:
- Experience in commercial flooring project management - Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contracts, and project coordination - Ability to learn our software (Structure) - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Job Type:
